Job Description

  • Lead and develop nationwide teams across Key Account, D2C, and SIS functions;
  • Provide coaching, performance management, and strong people leadership;
  • Build a high-performance, collaborative, and motivated team culture;
  • Set and manage monthly and quarterly sales targets aligned with company growth objectives;
  • Drive sustainable and profitable sales growth across all categories and channels (TE, MAC, NSV);
  • Conduct regular field visits to ensure execution excellence and market visibility;
  • Manage online trade marketing budgets and maximize ROI;
  • Actively contribute to sales forecasting processes;
  • Strengthen relationships with key e-commerce partners and digital retailers;
  • Implement strategic account plans to achieve customer growth, profitability, and long-term collaboration;
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, trade marketing, finance, supply chain and omnichannel teams;
  • Maintain structured visit plans and ensure consistent engagement with strategic customers;
  • Oversee trade expenditure and ensure alignment with commercial priorities;
  • Analyze financial impacts of budget changes to support data-driven decision-making.
    -Manage E-commerce P&L, including budgeting, forecasting, and digital advertising spend;
  • Ensure best-in-class digital shelf content, visibility, and conversion across all platforms;
  • Monitor e-commerce trends, technologies, and consumer behavior to drive continuous improvement and innovation.

The Successful Applicant

5+ years of sales experience, preferably in E-COM; 5+ years of line management Experience; Advance level of English; BA from reputable universities; Advanced level of MS Office knowledge, especially excel and power point; Advanced proficiency in E-commerce analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, internal marketplace dashboards) is a plus; Driving license: Job requires 25% time of travel in Turkiye; Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
