Our client is a subsidiary of biggest conglomerate in Turkey, which is operating in various fields both nationally and internationally
New investment facility of our client, in Adana, is one-of-a-kind in Turkey, which is related to Bio-energy sources.

Lead and manage a team of electrical engineers and technicians to ensure optimal performance of electrical systems and equipment within the Activated Carbon production facility.
Oversee the electrical maintenance of high-voltage and low-voltage systems, including motors, transformers, generators, control systems, and power distribution networks.
Develop and implement preventive and corrective maintenance programs to minimize electrical downtime and ensure consistent power supply to the production facility.
Supervise the electrical commissioning process for new installations, ensuring all systems are tested, configured, and ready for operational use.
Collaborate with the Factory Manager and other departments to support the facility's production goals during the investment phase.
Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards and regulations, conducting regular inspections and audits of electrical systems and equipment.
Manage the electrical maintenance budget, focusing on cost-effectiveness while maintaining high-quality performance and safety standards.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the electrical team, fostering continuous learning and improvement.
Identify opportunities for system upgrades or energy efficiency improvements to optimize electrical power usage within the facility.

An experienced, Electrical Engineering bachelor's degree holder with at least 8 years of direct experience in industrial electrical maintenance, preferably within chemical plants, cement production, thermal plants, bio-energy plants, Iron / Steel or similar heavy industries.
Demonstrated leadership in managing a team of electrical engineers and technicians in a fast-paced industrial environment.
Proven experience in electrical commissioning, testing, optimization of new systems, ensuring smooth and reliable operation.
Strong knowledge of electrical systems, including high-voltage equipment, control systems, automation, and power distribution.
Excellent troubleshooting skills for diagnosing and resolving electrical issues efficiently.
Sufficiently proficient in English, capable of effective communication with both local teams and international partners.
Willingness to relocate to Adana and play a key role in a high-investment project.
Strong leadership abilities, with a focus on driving results and developing the team to meet operational goals.
