Job Description

  • Provide administrative, organisational and office support to senior management
  • Manage daily office operations including supplies, vendors, facilities and reception processes
  • Act as the first point of contact for visitors, calls, deliveries and correspondence
  • Coordinate internal and external meetings, travel arrangements and company events
  • Prepare agendas, minutes, reports, presentations and business correspondence as required
  • Support basic finance-related processes such as expense tracking, invoicing and payment coordination
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion



The Successful Applicant

  • Strong organisational and prioritisation skills in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Turkish
  • Professional, discreet and solution-oriented mindset
  • Proficient with MS Office and related tools
  • Flexible and able to travel when required
  • University degree required
