About Our Client
The successful candidate will report to CEO and be responsible for:
- Develop high quality business strategies and plans ensuring their alignment with short-term and long-term objectives.
- Develop and lead the strategic agenda for SME and Commercial Banking Businesses through Customer Acquisition, Customer retention, Balance sheet growth, Profit & Loss targets in order to support achievement of overall strategy.
- Provide credible and agile leadership to the Team, ensuring that they actively participate in the Team, contribute to the strategic thinking and development of the Bank, and demonstrate integrity, moral ethics, sound judgement, and positive leadership, in all of their duties and interactions.
The Successful Applicant
The ideal candidate will :
Have at least Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, finance or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience. Minimum 20 years' experience in banking, with proven experience in SME and Commercial Banking sectors. Have demonstration of strong management skills that have led to the creation and continuity of a strong and stable team required. Have sales, marketing and/or business development background. Have experience in developing profitable strategies and implementing vision. Have Strong Performance Management Skills. Strategy formulation in line with the overall strategy. Have analytical abilities and problem-solving skills. Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills in English is a must.
