Finance and Accounting Manager

Main Responsibilities:

• Manage all finance functions and team members in the company;
• Focus on cash collection and overdue reduction management;
• Follow up daily finance transactions & support team in case of problematic items;
• Cash flow management short term and long term point of view to prevent any cash shortage and take corrective action in case of cash shortage;
• Support credit risk management position;
• Manage month end closing & year end closing process ;
• Process and run fixed asset related SAP transactions;
• Fulfill all reporting requirements for month end and year end closing;
• Prepare related explanations regarding to finance positions of company;
• Manage calculate & do related actions for accrual process;
• Manage payroll activities;
• Manage Tax audit & Independent audit processes with external stakeholders;
• Manage Budget / FCTS processes and activities with deep involvement;
• Manage relationship with banks for finance related matters;
• Keep the team to work in a harmonized condition and produce high accuracy of finance outputs;
• Play pivotal role between finance & other functions among company.

Compliance:

• Pursuing the company's QM goals within one's area of responsibility;
• Be aware of Krahn Code of Conduct and comply with all aspects and guidelines;
• Avoid any situations which might conflict with anti-trust guidelines;
• Report any suspected fraudulent activity to CFO.

Accountabilities:

• Performance management of finance and accounting team, ensuring that individual goals and targets are agreed and met;
• Ensure that the systems and processes necessary for the achievement of the finance and accounting objectives are in place;
• Represent the company at Finance and Accounting functions vs legal authorities, external & tax auditors, governmental financial institutions;
• Communicate effectively with the parent company in terms of Finance and Accounting matters;
• Full alignment of company rules & regulations.
