İş Tanımı

  • Coordinate with operations and commercial teams, ensuring seamless communication between cluster teams and global support functions.
  • Lead financial control processes, including product cost planning, period-end closing analysis, inventory management, and cluster budgeting.
  • Manage the recruitment, onboarding, and performance evaluation of staff, driving employee engagement and growth.
  • Oversee procurement processes, handling purchase order requests, resolving discrepancies, negotiating supplier contracts, and managing master data and contracts.
  • Ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance with l ocal and international accounting standards for all legal entities.
  • Supervise tax reporting and handle interactions with tax authorities, including audits and inspections.
  • Manage payroll processing, ensuring compliance with l ocal regulations and working closely with outsourced payroll providers.
  • Implement and manage employee benefits programs, ensuring they are aligned with regulations and accurately accounted for.
  • Maintain HR operations by managing employment contracts, HR reporting, and the self-service portal for employees.
  • Lead the external audit process, ensuring timely and compliant preparation of all required documentation.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize cluster performance and operational efficiency.
  • Ensure strict compliance with globally defined processes, addressing any issues that arise promptly.
  • Lead, coach, and develop the Business Services team, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.



Aradığımız Profil

  • Graduated from Business Administration, Economics or Finance Departments of Universities or relevant departments is required.
  • A Master's degree is preferred, especially for larger and more complex clusters.
  • Several years of experience as a Business Services Manager, or
  • 10+ years in a managerial position within a relevant functional domain.
  • Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
  • Fluent in the l ocal language of the c ountry where the role is based.
  • Additional language skills are considered an asset.
  • Strong knowledge of industry and business, particularly in site operations, and supplier and client relations.
  • Excellent analytical skills, including experience with financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
  • Advanced IT skills with the ability to adapt quickly to new technologies and systems.
  • Proven track record in project management.
  • Strong interpersonal and behavioral skills, such as open-mindedness, teamwork, self-motivation, independence, diplomacy, action orientation, and problem-solving.
