Financial Controller

· Manage accounting and control processes (including billing, A/R, A/P, general ledger, cost accounting, inventory, and revenue recognition)

· Ensure timely and accurate execution of monthly and yearly closing processes (statutory and management reporting - P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow)

· Ensure full compliance with group policies and accounting/regulatory standards (IFRS, local GAAP, Sarbanes-Oxley, FCPA, etc.)

· Oversee cash flow including investments, collections, and payments

· Identify financial risks and develop mitigation strategies

· Conduct cost analyses, identify savings opportunities, and implement profitability improvement measures

· Collaborate with regional FP&A and operations teams for budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis

· Establish strong control linkages between clinical operations and financial data

· Manage tax processes (VAT, corporate tax, etc.) timely and accurately

· Coordinate with internal and external auditors and develop internal control systems

· Handle negotiations with suppliers and health insurance companies

· Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to ensure local and global regulatory compliance

· Supervise, mentor, and support the professional development of the finance team

· Coordinate with other departments effectively

· Participate in financial statement preparation, general ledger, and period-end closing processes
