Financial Controller

Responsible for preparing the month-end closing package for Turnover / Gross Margin / EBITDA / Net Result / Headcount per Cost Center, based on the monthly closing performed by the accounting teams;

Preparation of Forecasts, Budget processes, Cash Flow Statements and other ad-hoc reports by analyzing the deviations versus Actuals;

Credible partner with the Managing Director (MD), Head of Sales, Head of Services and the Operational teams in the financial monitoring of their business units;

Organize and lead month-end closing meetings with RFD and MD and presenting the required set of information;

Provide analyses on the operational performance for Invoicing, Turnover, COGS, Margin, Earn-Back (sales performance bonus from distributor), OPEX and propose action plans to optimize EBITDA, Cash generation and meet the Budget objectives;

Contribute to the evolution of the month-end closing and Forecast reporting packages adding more business-oriented KPIs in coordination with the Operations and Managements;
