İş Tanımı

· Own and manage the full product lifecycle for financial (e.g., personal loans, BNPL, savings, term accounts) products,

· Define and execute the product roadmap in alignment with company goals and customer needs,

· Collaborate closely with technology, risk, operations, marketing, compliance, and legal teams to launch and optimize financial products,

· Manage relationships with banking partners, credit bureaus, and service providers,

· Monitor key product KPIs including growth, profitability, usage, and customer satisfaction,

· Ensure all products are fully compliant with applicable regulations and internal risk policies,

· Analyze customer and market data to propose innovative features or campaigns,

· Contribute to scaling embedded finance initiatives across the ecosystem.

Aradığımız Profil

· 5+ years of experience in banking or fintech, with at least 2 years in product management for lending or deposit products,

· Solid knowledge of credit processes, risk frameworks, and savings products,

· Strong experience in managing cross-functional teams and stakeholders,

· Analytical thinking and ability to make data-informed decisions,

· Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or a related field,

· Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, fluency in English,

· A proactive and results-oriented approach with strong problem-solving abilities.
