Garment Technician(Nişantaşı-On-site)

· Collaborate with the Buying Manager to ensure all products meet fiit and quality expectationswithin budget and timelines.

· Conduct fittings and provide accurate technical feedback on samples from proto to preproduction stage.

· Create and maintain clear technical packs including specs, construction methods, BOMs, andfit comments.

· Review and measure all incoming samples for accuracy and consistency in sizing andconstruction.

· Communicate directly with suppliers and factories to resolve technical or quality issues andensure proper execution.

· Monitor product grading and ensure size consistency across ranges and genders.*

· Support cost optimization by suggesting construction alternatives while maintaining productintegrity.

· Ensure technical documentation is maintained and up to date throughout the productdevelopment cycle.

· Assist in identifying fabric or trim issues that may affect final garment quality or fiit.
