Head of Operations will lead the end‑to‑end setup, commissioning, and operational readiness of a new greenfield manufacturing site in the Trakya region. Our client is a leading global food manufacturer, operating across more than 100 countries. With a diverse, innovation‑driven product portfolio and a strong footprint in manufacturing, the company is now making a major new investment in Turkey with the establishment of a large-scale production facility.

İş Tanımı

  • Lead the execution of the company's Turkey manufacturing project, ensuring alignment with global vision, mission, and standards.
  • Manage the establishment and rollout of TPM, driving OEE improvement, reducing downtime, and strengthening operational efficiency.
  • Ensure full compliance with global and local certifications and regulations, including ISO, HACCP, GMP, EHS.
  • Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities across productivity, quality, safety, and cost structures.
  • Lead supply chain integrationn efforts supporting business planning, category planning, and inventory optimization.
  • Oversee production planning to ensure efficient, high‑quality output and timely delivery to various markets.
  • Drive the evaluation, introduction, and implementation of new processes and packaging technologies.
  • Provide strong project management leadership for operations and supply chain projects.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, R&D, and Global Ops teams to assess feasibility for new product concepts and expansions.
  • Conduct ongoing capacity reviews to support future growth and operational scalability.
  • Lead and develop cross-functional operational teams in Turkey.

Aradığımız Profil

Background & Experience

  • 10-15 years of managerial experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in dairy or high‑hygiene food production.
  • Proven success in leading large teams, operational excellence programs, and major transformation initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, quality systems, and TPM/OEE improvement methodologies.
  • Experience in greenfield or brownfield plant setups is highly advantageous.
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or a technical discipline; MBA preferred.

  • Strong leadership and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Excellent problem‑solving, communication, and decision‑making skills.
  • Self‑driven, continuous‑improvement mindset with the ability to work in a fast‑changing environment.



Language Requirement

  • Advanced English is mandatory due to intensive daily collaboration with global teams. The entire recruitment process will also be conducted in English.
