Job Description

  • Develop, implement, and continuously improve the company's sales and marketing strategies;
  • Manage and guide the sales team while implementing necessary processes to enhance their performance;
  • Conduct market research in the bath furniture and construction products sector and perform competitive analysis;
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets;
  • Coordinate brand management and marketing activities, effectively utilizing both digital and traditional marketing channels;
  • Strengthen customer relationships, acquire new customers, and enhance existing customer satisfaction;
  • Manage local and international sales operations, improving export processes;
  • Represent the company at fairs, events, and industry-related organizations;
  • Prepare, analyze, and present sales performance reports to top management;
  • Work in coordination with internal departments to optimize business processes.



The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus);
  • Minimum 10 years of sales and marketing experience in the industry of furniture or building materials industry;
  • Strong leadership skills with a proven track record in managing and developing sales teams;
  • Advanced proficiency in English (spoken, written, and presentation skills);
  • Expertise in strategic planning, budgeting, and market analysis;
  • Hands-on experience in customer relationship management (CRM) and sales processes;
  • In-depth knowledge of marketing, brand management, and digital marketing strategies;
  • Ability to manage international sales operations and export processes;
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills;
  • High adaptability and ability to work in a fast-paced environment;
  • Willingness to travel both domestically and internationally.
