Job Description
- Being able to make recruitment for manager and above positions.
- Assisting the department head with organisational development projects and hiring processes.
- Being able to contribute to company training portal with innovative ideas
- Ability or experience related to managing a white collar portfolio of 400+ people or being involved in crowded organisational structures before.
- With combining your past experiences, you are expected to bring in projects related to learning&development
The Successful Applicant
- Relevant college degree that is closely related to Human Resources Functions , relevant masters degree is a plus
- Experience in human resources, recruitment and development related functions with AT LEAST 4 YEARS is required
- Good command of English is a big plus
- Experience with LMS and similar functions is a plus
