Our client is one of the leader and global companies in Automotive sector. For their future plans we are looking for a HR Assistant Manager.

İş Tanımı

  • Providing employees and managers with an available first point of contact for questions and guidance on fundamental HR topics and issues;
  • Partnering with Leaders to execute business-specific HR strategies;
  • Ensuring that all employee relations issues are properly identified, reported, investigated and resolved;
  • Providing advice and counsel to managers and employees to ensure consistent application of policies, procedures and practices to promote an ethical and compliant work environment;
  • Assisting with other HR special projects or initiatives as needed;
  • Taking an active role in Talent Acquisition; Recruitment, On boarding, Employer branding, Trainings and etc;
  • Employee life cycle: from hiring to exit processes;
  • Attending monthly Management committee meetings;
  • Align business objectives with employees and management in designated business units;
  • Be a consultant to management on human resources-related issues and drive HR initiatives;
  • Analysing market data and assessing the competitiveness of company policy/practices as needed;
  • Conduct HR Operations and participate in development and implementation of HR policies & procedures;
  • Guiding managers in areas such as recruiting, compensation, benefits, learning & development, workforce planning, performance management and conflict management;
  • Implementing short and long terms plans to ensure performance and innovation within company's human resources department;
  • Managing all aministrative affairs process (Office services, company and pool cars and company mobile phones, line and mobile internet processes etc.)

Aradığımız Profil

  • Having bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering or other related fields.
  • 5 years of HR experience preferably in an international company with Employee Experience & Talent Management, Compensation & Benefits, Organisational Development, Payroll Management, Administrative Affairs and etc.
  • Track record of crafting and delivering innovative experiences and journeys that had successful outcomes.
  • Understanding of Reward, Recruitment , C&B and other Core HR processes.
  • Advanced written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and strong communication skills.
  • Agile & proactive mindset.
  • Team player and relationships builder.
  • Result oriented, good analytical approach and ability to take ownership of duties.
  • Strong internal and external customer service focus.
  • Having team Management experience will be plus.
