Our client is a global manufacturing company. For their future development plans, we are looking for a

"HR Executive"

Job Description

  • Promote corporate HR and training tools within the company
  • Maintain an accurate HR database (hard and soft copies), employee records at all times
  • Negotiate with Insurance brokers for renewal of staff insurance and handle claims
  • Develop and implement fair policies and processes, incl. compensation & benefits
  • Update or create HR policies and procedures as well as a feasible compensation and benefits structure
  • Drive recruitment, selection and onboarding process for vacant positions
  • Support employees and superiors during the annual performance dialogues and with arrangement of training and development measures
  • Be the first point of contact for all employee enquiries
  • Support country management with various topics and projects
  • Drive employee engagement measures and coordinate staff and client events
  • Play an active part in the Area HR network to enhance collaboration, best practice exchange and learning opportunities
  • Supervise monthly payroll processing with HR contact person and external company
  • Take the lead for the Türkiye organization to implement global or Area HR projects
  • Liaise with external agencies, regional marketing team and HQ on employer branding and marketing requirements as requested by the MD

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor Degree or equivalent in business, HR Management or related disciplines
  • 5-7 years of HR Administration experience
  • Solid knowledge of Turkish labour laws and employee relations
  • Proficient computer skills using Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
  • Ability to work independently and as a team player in a results-driven, fast-paced environment
  • Very skilled at getting critical things done and making things work; very resourceful and organized
  • Ability to create effective work flows and processes as well as manage projects
  • Approachable individual who will build trustful relationships with employees and stakeholders on all levels
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in English
  • Living on the Asian side of İstanbul
  • Multinational company experience with matrix organisations
