About Our Client

Our client is one of the global manufacturer companies in Electronics Industry. For their future development plans we are looking for a HR Executive or Manager.

Job Description

  1. Employee entry and exit management‌: Responsible for employee entry, exit, transfer and other procedures, including contract signing, information maintenance, etc;
  2. ‌Attendance management‌: Handle employee attendance, adjustment, leave and other daily affairs to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of attendance data;
  3. ‌Recruitment management‌: Responsible for the formulation and implementation of recruitment plans, including publishing recruitment information, screening resumes, organising interviews, confirming employment, etc.;
  4. ‌Training management‌: Organize new employee training, on-the-job training and other activities, establish and improve the training system, and ensure the effectiveness of training;
  5. ‌Performance management‌: Assist in employee performance appraisal, follow up the appraisal process, improve the performance appraisal system, and apply the appraisal results;
  6. ‌Salary and benefits management: Responsible for the formulation and implementation of the salary system to ensure the rationality and competitiveness of salary and benefits;
  7. ‌Employee relationship management: Maintain good employee relations, handle employee complaints, organise employee activities, and improve employee satisfaction;
  8. Human resources data analysis: Regularly conduct human resources data analysis, submit analysis reports, and provide support for decision-making;
  9. Corporate culture construction: responsible for the dissemination and promotion of corporate culture and organizing various cultural activities‌.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or related field.
  • A minimum of 7 years experience in recruitment or human resources.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills.
  • Proficiency in English, Chinese is plus.
