İş Tanımı

  • Actively participate in forming HR goals and action plans in line with company policies and objectives.
  • Take necessary steps to design, develop, and implement HR processes.
  • Implement HR procedures, job descriptions, job analysis, and business processes.
  • Research and apply automation and digitalization solutions to increase efficiency in HR processes.
  • Develop training and communication strategies to ensure employee buy-in for new processes.
  • Ensure that company HR practices are conducted within legal regulations and Quality Management System framework.
  • Execute recruitment and termination processes in compliance with company procedures and regulations.
  • Manage payroll processes, ensuring timely and accurate payment of salaries and other compensations, and monitor tax deductions, insurance premiums, and other legal obligations.
  • Identify employees' training and development needs, organize training programs, and support employees' career journeys.
  • Handle all personnel procedures, disciplinary processes, and time management issues, including tracking overtime.
  • Conduct the performance management process.
  • Manage HR budget processes.
  • Prepare monthly HR reports.
  • Lead employee engagement and retention activities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in relevant fields from a university.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the implementation and development of HR processes.
  • Ability to multitask and adapt in a flexible working environment.
  • Strong adaptability and change agility skills.
  • Experience in labor law, social security regulations, and practices.
  • Proficient in MS Office programs and open to learning new technologies and programs.
  • Good command of English.
  • Strong leadership qualities with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Analytical, proactive, results-oriented, and observant.
  • Resides in or willing to relocate to Adana.
