HR Generalist

Job Description

  • Responsible for all HR processes (recruitment, performance management, compensation management, etc.)
  • Deliver a valued and trusted generalist HR function including recruitment, employee relations, talent and performance management, change management & culture, training and development, HR administration, Benefits
  • Leading initiatives that benefit the business and customer satisfaction through increased collaborative trust, employee engagement, leadership effectiveness and workforce productivity,
  • Ensure the compliance of HR activities with legal, tax and social security, relevant labor law and labor security issues for all locations,
  • Make sure of the implementation of the determined rules, HR processes and all legal provisions
  • Collaborate with your international counterparts for HR projects
  • Ensure the writing and compliance of local HR documentation
  • Assisting top management in planning, development, implementation and evaluation activities of Talent Assessment and Talent Development;
  • Determining best solutions to the issues as related to functions in his/her responsibility area;

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Min 2-3 years of experience in Human Resources.
  • Proven experience in Turkish Labor Law and personnel affairs.
  • Good knowledge in compensation and benefits , performance systems, organizational development.
  • Advance level of English
  • Proficient in MS Office Applications and PC skills.
  • Excellent decision making and problem solving skills with a high level time management.
  • Structured working style and focus on delivering results as per agreed timelines
  • Proven success in executing HR strategy at a national and/or regional level.
  • Experience in devising HR initiatives that will drive business objectives (i.e. growth).
  • Experience in briefing and working with external partners for recruitment and development.
