HR MANAGER / TUZLA

Responsible for Employee Lifecycle Management, and overseeing the entire employee journey, from talent acquisition to development and management;

Driving a culture of excellence and high performance;

Leading the HR aspects of the new factory site expansion, including resourcing, onboarding, and training;

Leading large-scale change management initiatives to support organizational transformation;

Developing and managing reward and benefits programs to attract and retain top Talent;

Being an active member of the country leadership team, engaging, challenging, and coaching people towards high performance;

Partnering with functional leaders to enhance their leadership and people management skills;

Anticipating and addressing employee relations issues proactively;

Developing a high-performance culture through effective performance management and recognition programs;

Working closely with HR Shared Services to bring innovative thinking to talent management, learning, and rewards;

Creating a compelling case for employee engagement and partner with senior leadership to develop local engagement strategies.
