Job Description

  • Responsible for Employee Lifecycle Management, and overseeing the entire employee journey, from talent acquisition to development and management;
  • Driving a culture of excellence and high performance;
  • Leading the HR aspects of the new factory site expansion, including resourcing, onboarding, and training;
  • Leading large-scale change management initiatives to support organizational transformation;
  • Developing and managing reward and benefits programs to attract and retain top Talent;
  • Being an active member of the country leadership team, engaging, challenging, and coaching people towards high performance;
  • Partnering with functional leaders to enhance their leadership and people management skills;
  • Anticipating and addressing employee relations issues proactively;
  • Developing a high-performance culture through effective performance management and recognition programs;
  • Working closely with HR Shared Services to bring innovative thinking to talent management, learning, and rewards;
  • Creating a compelling case for employee engagement and partner with senior leadership to develop local engagement strategies.

The Successful Applicant

Having a degree in business or MBA; Having relevant HR qualification/accreditation with a track record of continuous professional development; 8-10 years of generalist HR experience with a focus on driving high-performance cultures; Proven experience in supporting global company manufacturing; Excellence in diversity, inclusion, and belonging practices; Strong experience in change management and reward and benefits programs; Strong communication skills; Fluent in English.
