About Our Client
Vivo is one of the international leader in Technology sector.
Reporting directly to the Country Manager , the ideal candidate will be responsible for:
Securing that effective HR assistance to the Leadership Teams in the subsidiary companies to support business needs;
Organisation of an effective management of compensation and benefits, recruitment, talent management and other HR related matters;
Maintaining that the documentations and policies are in line with current laws and regulations and company values;
Providing International HR Administration and continual monitoring of employee files & HR;
Professional support for HR/employee related issues and organisational development including legal issues;
Staffing & Talent Acquisition: Partnering with the other business departments to deliver recruitment strategy, hiring plan, candidate sourcing and offer approvals;
Talent Management: Conduct of an annual review of talent pool and succession planning,management of top talent retention, identification and planning for internal mobility opportunities;
Employee Engagement: analysis of employee satisfaction survey results and partnering with the business to action plan on key opportunities;
HR data: partnering with HR data analyst to deliver the HR data and reporting requirements of the business e.g. headcount, attrition, mobility. Cooperation with the broader team to forecast headcount data to facilitate business decisions;
Experience in carrying out data analysis, using reporting tools to develop KPIs and dashboards;
Translate business/functional strategy into applicable objectives and action plans;
Constant development and improvement of local HR operational practices and services.
The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate should hold a university degree in related field and needs to have at least 5 years of professional HR experience, most preferably in the financial service sector. Ability to develop and to manage a small professional and qualified HR organisation, Team management experience, Awareness of developments in the financial service sector, Excellent communication skills and diplomatic manner in an international context, Strong result, deadline and quality/accuracy oriented, Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, Good personnel cost budgeting and HR controlling skills, analytically thinking is required.
Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills in English is A MUST - German is a PLUS.
SAP Success Factors knowledge is a PLUS. Flexibility - will require some abroad travel
