Job Description

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Support employee relations by addressing inquiries, resolving conflicts, and promoting a positive workplace atmosphere.
  • Oversee performance management processes, assisting managers in setting objectives and conducting evaluations.
  • Develop and implement training and development programs to enhance employee skills and engagement.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and HR regulations.
  • Administer compensation and benefits programs, including payroll processing support.
  • Maintain and update HR records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Collaborate with leadership to drive HR initiatives that align with business objectives.
  • Assist in HR reporting, analytics, and workforce planning.



The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3-4 years of experience in an HR Generalist, HR Specialist, or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
