Our business partner, operating in the chemical sector, is seeking a "Human Resources Manager" to be based at their production facility in Adana. This role requires a professional who is experienced in production facility dynamics, capable of increasing employee engagement, managing strategic HR processes, and supporting organizational development. The position also entails expertise in payroll management, change management, employment management, and cultural transformation management, alongside strong leadership skills to contribute to the growth of the organization.

  • Develop and implement human resources strategies aligned with company goals.
  • Oversee recruitment, performance management, talent development, and organizational structure processes.
  • Create and execute strategies to enhance employee engagement and motivation.
  • Provide efficient HR management by addressing the needs of production facility employees.
  • Optimize workforce planning and manage recruitment processes effectively.
  • Administer employee relations and ensure compliance with occupational health and safety policies.
  • Ensure all HR processes align with local labor laws and company policies.
  • Design and implement training and leadership development programs to foster employee growth.
  • Drive cultural transformation management projects to strengthen the organizational culture and expedite development.
  • Regularly report HR processes and provide feedback to senior management.
  • Promote ethical standards in the workplace and facilitate strong communication between employees and management.

Aradığımız Profil

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • At least 8-10 years of HR management experience in production facilities or industrial organizations.
  • Expertise in employee relations, labor law, and payroll management processes.
  • Proven experience in developing and implementing HR strategies.
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational change management skills.
  • Proficiency in English (Advanced level).
  • Familiarity with production facility dynamics and operational processes.
  • Success in change management initiatives.
  • Expertise in employee engagement, performance management, and organizational development.
