#End-to-End BI Operations:

Develop and implement comprehensive BI strategies and frameworks aligned with organizational goals.

Lead and manage end-to-end BI projects, ensuring timely delivery of insights and solutions.#Data Standardization & Enrichment:

Establish and enforce data standardization protocols across diverse customer channels, commercial systems, and ERP to ensure uniformity and accuracy.

Enrich collected data by combining information from other commercial systems such as ERP, Retail, etc.

Collaborate with relevant teams to integrate data from various sources, ensuring a comprehensive and enriched dataset for BI analysis.#BI System Management:

Administer the BI system, overseeing user access, security, and system performance.

Manage BI system enhancement projects, coordinating with major stakeholders (IT, customers, partners and external vendors) and other relevant departments.#Data Collection and

Work closely with internal teams, customers, partners, and vendors to design and implement efficient data collection processes, minimizing manual interventions.

Lead data ıntegration projects, ensuring seamless flow of data from diverse sources into the BI system.#Stakeholder Collaboration:

Conduct regular consultations with business stakeholders to understand their specific information needs and challenges.

Translate business requirements into actionable BI solutions, delivering insights that drive informed decision-making.

Foster strong relationships with stakeholders, acting as a bridge between technical teams and business units.

Present findings and insights in a clear and accessible manner to stakeholders at various levels.

Profile

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, or a related field.
  • +3 years of proven experience in data management, BI, or a related field, showcasing a strong background in successful BI project management and data governance.



Skills and expertise

  • Expertise on managing or coordinating big and complex scale BI projects is a good advantage.
  • Expertise on Retail and Ecommerce markets is an advantage.
  • Expertise on Qlik products is a big advantage.
  • Ability to communicate complex technical concepts in a clear and understandable manner to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Skill in actively listening to understand the needs and challenges of business stakeholders.
  • Ability to collaborate with teams from different departments and levels within the organization.
  • Ability to adapt to changing business needs and evolving technology.
  • Skill in navigating through ambiguity and finding solutions in dynamic environments.

Professional abilities

  • Proficient in SQL for querying and manipulating relational databases.
  • Familiarity with Python for data analysis, scripting, and automation.
  • Understanding of R for statistical analysis and data visualization.
  • Experience with VBA (Visual Basic for Applications) for automation in Microsoft Office.
  • Basic knowledge of shell scripting (e.g., Bash) for task automation.
  • Extensive knowledge and experience with OLEDB (Object Linking and Embedding, Database) and ODBC (Open Database Connectivity) protocols for efficient data access and ıntegration.
  • Proven proficiency in using MS Power Query for data transformation and shaping within the Microsoft ecosystem.
  • Ability to leverage Power Query for seamless data connectivity and ıntegration.
  • Strong understanding and experience in data warehousing concepts and practices.
  • Ability to design, implement, and optimize data warehouse structures for effective BI operations.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in utilizing Amazon Simple Storage Service (S3) for scalable and secure data storage.
  • Strong skills in working with flat file data formats (CSV, Excel, etc.).
  • Proficient in overseeing project budgets, ensuring alignment with financial constraints.



Experience in optimizing resource utilization within budgetary constraints.
