We are looking for a skilled IT Expert to join a leading company in the industrial and manufacturing sector. The role is based in the Zonguldak area, with the onboarding process taking place in Istanbul. The IT Expert will be responsible for ensuring the company's IT infrastructure, hardware, and software are properly installed, maintained, and optimized, while providing timely technical support to guarantee business continuity and user satisfaction.

İş Tanımı

· Identify and resolve hardware and software issues.

· Perform regular system maintenance and updates.

· Install hardware, cabling, and software components.

· Document system configurations and maintain accurate records.

· Communicate effectively with end users and IT management.

· Apply security patches and temporary fixes when needed.

· Set up company accounts for new employees and deliver fully operational IT equipment.

· Install required software based on employees' positions and access needs.

· Keep accurate inventory of company IT equipment; store, format, and dispatch devices when required.

· Coordinate with the central IT department in Italy to ensure timely fulfillment of IT needs.

· Liaise with the SIM card provider for new line activations, cancellations, and related administrative processes.

Aradığımız Profil

* Solid understanding of IT systems, networks, and end-user support.

* Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

* Organized, detail-oriented, and service-oriented

* Upper-intermediate or advanced level of English (B2-C1).

* Ability to adapt to an international, multicultural environment and collaborate effectively in teams.
