Our client is one of the leading Global Pharmaceuticals Companies.

For their future development plans, we are looking for a:

"LAUNCH LEAD (Rare Diseases)"

İş Tanımı

  • Management of rare disease portfolio pre-launch activities.
  • Collection of market and competitor information, keeping informed of all major developments, and communication properly to internal stakeholders
  • Input into pricing negotiations with health authorities and reimbursement listing
  • Ownership of the rare disease portfolio launch plan including development of local strategy together with tactical plans.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in "rare ecosystem".
  • Close working relationship with Regulatory Affairs, Market Access and Supply Chain.
  • Close working relationship with external agencies (Example: market research, medical education, medical communication, meetings management, and packaging artwork)

Aradığımız Profil

  • Minumum 10 years pharma working experience.
  • Minimum 3 Years experience in rare disease. Neurology/Neuromuscular experience preferred.
  • Marketing or Medical Project / Program implementation experience with hospital based customers (KOLs).
  • Strong understanding of healthcare industry trends, challenges, and regulatory requirements.
  • Ability to make product/plan presentations confidently in English to management (including Global Marketing).
  • High (advanced) level of written and spoken English to enable efficient communication with line manager and global / regional contacts.
  • Profound disease/treatment option knowledge in rare and its market situation.
  • Patient Value Engagement: Translates patient insights from applicable sources into patient value-driven engagements.
  • High level of market understanding so to create prelaunch programs which are consistent with brand strategy and fit local demands.
  • Flexible and resourceful, with a creative flare whilst retaining a practical and objective mindset.
  • Ability to act on own initiative and to take ownership and responsibility.
  • Strategic approach to problem solving.
