Offer to Cash Process Monitoring:

Oversee the entire offer to cash process, from initial quotation to customer delivery.

Order Management:

Enter orders into the ERP system in accordance with the contract and create a dispatch plan based on stock status.

Demand Planning and Import Process:

Prepare weekly demand planning in accordance with customer requirements and complete the import process until stock levels are replenished.

Financial and Documentary Coordination:

Share necessary financial payments with the Finance team and manage documentary requirements of incoming import vehicles with the customs broker.

Stock Control and Cost Management:

Ensure the most accurate material is provided at the best cost by maintaining stock control from local inventory, production, and companies worldwide.

International Shipment Coordination:

Coordinate international shipments with approved transportation companies to meet confirmed delivery dates for all purchase orders.

Invoice and Cost Management:

Control supplier invoices, enter import costs into the system, follow up on logistics processes, and reconcile all costs with the finance department at the end of each month.

Customer Order and Yard Team Coordination:

Share customer orders with the yard team and ensure their preparation. This includes creating invoices for shipped materials in accordance with the contract.

Import and Export Management:

Guarantee the import and export trade of overseas customers and ship materials in accordance with the contracts.

Customer Demand Understanding:

Understand customer demands in international trade issues and provide appropriate assistance.
