İş Tanımı



  • Develop and execute the local marketing strategy in line with regional and global priorities,


  • Adapt regional plans into effective local campaigns across multiple channels,


  • Lead digital and performance-based marketing initiatives end to end,


  • Manage OPEX budgets, pricing inputs, and campaign ROI tracking,


  • Work closely with Sales teams to define and deliver quarterly tactical plans,


  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders and key customers,


  • Lead congresses, events, and educational initiatives at local level,


  • Generate market insights and analytics to support business growth and decision-making,


  • Ensure all marketing activities comply with local regulations and ethical standards,


  • Collaborate cross-functionally with regional marketing, sales, and finance teams.



Aradığımız Profil



  • Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in Marketing, Business, or a related field,


  • Native Turkish and fluent English, both written and spoken,


  • Minimum 8 years of experience in marketing, ideally within healthcare or other regulated industries,


  • Strong background in brand, digital, and multi-channel marketing,


  • Data-driven mindset with solid analytical and decision-making skills,


  • Ability to translate strategy into clear, actionable plans,


  • Proven experience working cross-functionally with sales and regional teams,


  • Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable taking ownership,


  • Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills,


  • Able to operate effectively in fast-paced and evolving environments.
