Job Description

Major Accountabilities:

  1. Strategic Market Positioning:
    • Develop and implement brand marketing plans tailored to the private market, focusing on maximizing market share and revenue growth.
    • Conduct a thorough analysis of market dynamics, ensuring the long-term presence of our product portfolio according to the strategic goals of the private market.
  2. Market Segmentation and Product Promotion:
    • Identify effective market segments and target audiences for private market products.
    • Analyze medical and marketing information to define product benefits, market share, and positioning relative to competitors in the private market.
    • Develop and execute marketing promotion strategies tailored to specific target groups in the private market.
  3. Consumer Insight and Promotion Tactics:
    • Study socio-demographic characteristics, needs, and consumption patterns of consumers in the private market.
    • Plan and implement product promotion tactics, developing schemes, forms, methods, and technology of promotion in accordance with the private market landscape.
  4. Supply Chain Planning:
    • Plan supply and demand for products within the private market, creating cycle plans, implementation, and forecasts to ensure the availability of products.
    • Develop and organize events, ensuring planned distribution levels and systematic implementation of new products in the private market.
  5. Resource Prioritization and Reporting:
    • Prioritize resources and activities towards marketing excellence, establishing processes and KPIs for execution and tracking.
    • Report progress and insights regularly to key stakeholders, ensuring a consistent approach among the Customer Marketing team.
  6. Financial Management:
    • Support in building the annual budget and manage monthly financial forecasting for total investments related to private market strategies.
  7. Compliance and Reporting:
    • Ensure timely reporting of technical complaints, adverse events, and special case scenarios related to our products within the private market.
