Our client is a subsidiary of biggest conglomerate in Turkey, which is operating in various fields both nationally and internationally
New investment facility of our client is one-of-a-kind in Turkey, which is related to Bio-energy sources.

Lead and manage a team of engineers and workers to ensure smooth and efficient mechanical maintenance operations within the production facility.
Develop and implement maintenance strategies for a wide range of equipment and utilities, including but not limited to rotary kilns, filters, industrial furnaces, conveyors, and air and water systems.
Monitor and manage the preventive and predictive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and maximize equipment efficiency.
Oversee the mechanical commissioning process for new equipment and systems, ensuring they meet operational requirements and function optimally from the start.
Directly report to the Factory Manager to support the facility's production goals and investment phase initiatives.
Ensure that all machinery and equipment comply with safety and environmental standards, overseeing any necessary upgrades or replacements.
Manage the maintenance budget effectively, identifying cost-saving opportunities without compromising the quality of work.
Provide hands-on technical support when needed and foster the development of the maintenance team through coaching and training.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance plant efficiency and reliability in alignment with company objectives.

A highly skilled person graduated from Mechanical Engineering with at least 8 years of direct experience in industrial maintenance, preferably within the chemicals, bio-energy, cement, iron/steel, Energy Plants or similar heavy industries.
Demonstrated experience in leading a multidisciplinary team, including both engineers and technicians.
Proven experience in mechanical commissioning of new equipment, ensuring systems are tested, adjusted, and ready for full-scale operations.
Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, utilities, and equipment such as rotary kilns, air compressors, and other industrial machinery typically found in a demanding production environments.
Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
Sufficiently Fluent in English, with the capability to effectively communicate both with local teams and international stakeholders.
Proactive, with a focus on driving results and contributing to the company's long-term growth and investment goals.
Willingness to relocate to Adana and contribute to the growth of a high-investment project.
Strong leadership skills, capable of motivating and guiding a team to consistently achieve operational targets.
