About Our Client

Our customer is the Turkish distributor of a global food & beverage brand.

Job Description

  • Organise and arrange agenda in a fast-paced and ever-changing daily schedule,
  • Coordinating all travel arrangements; prepare detailed travel itineraries inclusive of flights, visas, hotels, and travel with when necessary,
  • To follow and organise the personal program,
  • Tracking payments and memberships,
  • Welcoming, receiving and guiding important visitors from abroad,
  • Responsible for the order of the newly established office.

The Successful Applicant

  • Have a minimum of 4 years of similar experience,
  • Strong organisational and communication skills,
  • Good level of written and spoken English.
