İş Tanımı

Reporting to the General Manager of the organization, the person will be responsible for the following:

  • Make planning by following the daily work flow and agenda of the GM
  • Assisting personally to GM
  • Reviewing incoming phones, questions and requests, bringing up the appropriate ones
  • Schedule meetings and conference calls
  • Coordinating all travel bookings
  • Managing general office operation processes
  • Managing/coordinating meeting, invitation and organization processes
  • Following the processes in the procurement of services and products and to communicate with the suppliers
  • Ensure operation of equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements

Aradığımız Profil

  • Have university degree is a must
  • Have minimum 4 years of experience in a similar role
  • Have excellent planning and organizational skills
  • Fluent in English
