Our client is one of the largest global law firms in Turkey.

İş Tanımı

  • You support us at events and are responsible for reception and guest care,
  • You take care of general administrative tasks and the organisation of the office,
  • Provide administrative support to the firm, managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating appointments,
  • Handle communications, including phone calls, emails, and inquiries, with discretion and confidentiality,
  • Assist in the preparation and organisation of materials for meetings, presentations, and conferences,
  • Manage the reception area, ensuring a tidy and welcoming environment,
  • Answer and direct phone calls, taking messages when necessary, and responding to inquiries,
  • Coordinate incoming and outgoing mail and packages, distributing them to the appropriate recipients,
  • Manage basic IT matters, providing initial assistance and coordinating with the IT department as needed.

Aradığımız Profil

  • Proven experience as an assistant or in a similar administrative role.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including professional phone etiquette in both English and Turkish is required.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant office software.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Previous experience in a law firm or professional services environment is a plus.
