About Our Client

Our partner is one of the biggest oil and gas company in the world.

Job Description

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Arranging travels and bookings, organize car hires, hotels etc according to company policies and procedures.
  • Responsible for welcoming visitors and directing them to the right person.
  • Assisting arrangements required for visitors in and outside of the office.
  • Assisting office staff with office/stationary/printing etc.
  • Organizing meetings, lunches, events and organizations with local and foreign counter-parties.
  • Managing office supplies, responsible for stocks.
  • Managing and organizing calendar for office management, supporting and facilitating required communication via email, phone etc.

The Successful Applicant

  • Fluent in Turkish and English both verbal and written.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office Suite and online resources essential.
