A Recruitment Consultant is primarily responsible for:
- Identifying new business opportunities, business development, client acquisitions, developing client relationships and managing a client database;
- Developing a network of candidates and managing their aspirations and career search;
- Managing your clients and candidates recruitment process from initial interview to offer stage;
- Focussing on the importance of service delivery and client relationship management (CRM).
The Successful Applicant
Dynamic, and driven individual 2-5 years of work experience in Sales& Marketing, Engineering, Retail, Finance functions coupled with excellent interpersonal skills, and a have a genuine interest in recruitment. You should possess a strong sense of team spirit, have a positive attitude, comfortable in a sales driven environment and be able to deal with day-to-day challenges. Someone who wants to progress and not just be a recruitment consultant. Applicants must be fluent in English.
