Acting as the key connector across clinicians, centers, and patient networks, the Patient Journey Lead will drive practical solutions that enable earlier diagnosis, smoother access, and continuity of care.

Job Description

  • Build and manage partnerships with key healthcare stakeholders including neurologists, geneticists, and centers of excellence
  • Drive disease awareness and educational initiatives in collaboration with global teams
  • Execute referral and screening programs to support early and accurate diagnosis
  • Map and analyze patient journeys to identify gaps and improve patient outcomes
  • Navigate patient access processes and support funding pathways
  • Collaborate with patient organizations to enhance awareness and engagement
  • Support healthcare professionals in treatment adoption and appropriate usage
  • Ensure seamless transition of patients from clinical trials or early access programs to commercial treatment
  • Act as the local point of contact for patient support programs and ecosystem coordination
  • Work closely with internal cross-functional teams to align on strategy and execution

The Successful Applicant

  • Minimum 7 years of experience in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry
  • Bachelor's degree in Medicine or Pharmacy
  • Strong background in Medical, Market Access, or Sales with significant external stakeholder engagement
  • Experience working with academic centers and hospital systems
  • Solid understanding of reimbursement, KOL management, or account management
  • Preferably experienced in rare diseases, neurology, genetics, or similar complex therapeutic areas
  • Strong ability to navigate complex, multi-stakeholder environments
  • High level of scientific curiosity and learning agility
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Self-driven, proactive, and comfortable working independently in a field-based role
  • Fluent in English and Turkish
