Plant Manager (Denizli Region)

Oversee operational processes in the plant to ensure seamless and efficient management in line with Lean Manufacturing principles, while developing strategies to optimize production capacity,

Integrate quality and continuous improvement systems, such as 5S and 6 Sigma, to reduce waste, enhance quality, and maintain cost-effectiveness in operational processes,

Assess the performance of plant personnel, identify areas for improvement, and plan training and development programs accordingly,

Lead continuous improvement and productivity enhancement initiatives to foster a Lean Manufacturing culture across all organizational units,

Conduct analyses to meet production goals in line with cost, quality, and safety standards, and provide comprehensive reports to upper management,

Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and environmental standards, managing potential risks to maintain a safe and healthy work environment for employees.
