For their future development plans, we are looking for a:PLANT MANAGERİş TanımıFulfilling the duties and responsibilities given by the global and senior management and directing the team regarding to that.Carrying out investment studies and supporting budget studiesKnowing the company's quality policy and acting accordingly and contributing to the highest level in work towards targets.To set targets to ensure maximum efficiency and to produce projects to achieve these targets.To make medium and long-term personnel planning according to the plans and predictions given by production planning and to create the necessary systems to ensure the collection of all data related to production and activities for the necessary tasks, and to ensure the continuity, accuracy and reporting of these systems.Coordinating that the technical material warehouse is at a level to meet production and maintenance needs (in terms of material and stock up-to-dateness) at all times.Conducting performance evaluation of employees reporting to him/her and completing the relevant recruitment processesEnsuring that departments reporting to him/her work in synchronization with each other during the operationMonitoring global goals and activities to achieve these goalsFollowing-up of Capex studiesEnsuring working conditions in accordance with the determined standards and monitoring their compliance with the standardsDetermining performance metrics and adapting them to the teamControlling resource processes (human-time-money) for the companyFollowing, preparing and supervisioning of requested reportsLeading project management processesPreparing a healthy and safe environment for the employees and to motivate them by following the instructions determined in this regard.Leading the development of occupational health and safety in the company,Working in cooperation with the OHS specialist, workplace physician and Production Engineer and coordinating the adequacy of the necessary measures for the potential risks identified by them.Aradığımız ProfilProfessional Experience: At least 5 years of experience in production managementEducation: Having a bachelor's degree from a university's engineering departmentsVocational Education / Experience / Expertise / Skill: Must be experienced in operational processes, have knowledge of legal regulations and have certificates for quality management system such as ISO 9001, BRC and ISO 9001 internal auditor certificates.
