Our client is one of the leading Global Diagnostics and Life Science Companies.

For their future development plans, we are looking for a:

"PRODUCT MANAGER"

İş Tanımı

  • Own the KPIs, growth, and profitability targets for the assigned product categories.
  • Manage the execution of marketing plans, supporting sales functions for the assigned product lines in the market.
  • Collaborate closely with regional product/marketing managers.
  • Train the local commercial team on products and new hardware/software systems developed by the company.
  • Work with the Sales Team to define market strategies and provide support for successful sales.
  • Contribute input to marketing plans and objectives.
  • Develop strategic plans to enhance overall product sales.
  • Responsible for managing digital activities related to the product line.
  • Improve brand awareness and reputation in the market.
  • Manage product life cycles and positioning.
  • Collaborate with Commercial Operations to implement marketing plans and pricing strategies.
  • Develop and implement marketing programs to stimulate sales and achieve objectives.
  • Oversee efficient reagent after-sales monitoring and menu expansion programs.
  • Monitor competitive activities and identify customer needs.
  • Serve as a technical product advisor for assigned projects.



Aradığımız Profil

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field with 5+ years of professional experience, or a Master's degree with 3+ years of professional experience in a diagnostic product manager function or clinical laboratory.
  • Experience with hematology and/or immunoassay products is a plus.
  • Marketing communications experience.
  • Strong commercial experience is a solid asset.
  • Ability to work autonomously while being a team player.
  • Experience in managing and motivating individuals from different functions without direct reporting lines.
  • Ability to train and inspire enthusiasm for diagnostic products with strong presentation skills.
  • Open, flexible, and self-motivated; embraces different cultures.
  • Fluent in Turkish and English; any additional languages are a plus.
  • Proficient in computer skills.
  • Willingness to travel approximately 20-30% of the time.
