For their growth plans we are looking for a Production Manager who will be responsible for providing leadership,strategic direction for production and warehouse management .Location : DilovasıJob DescriptionProvide management for the organization of Warehouse and ProductionMake and prepare important policy, planning, and strategy decisions of the productionDevelop B.collar team competences, measure them, ensure employee satisfaction inform team about company developmentWork & follow improve production KPI systemEnsure item cost kept on targeted levelKeep production technology and maintenance updated , suggest investmentsDevelop, implement and review production policies and procedures.Assist with recruiting B. collar when necessary in productionHelp promote a company culture that encourages top performance and high morale primer on shop floorOversee and control production cost budgeting, reporting, planning, and auditing in theIn charge for Health and SafetyWork with senior stakeholders, be part of company operation community to improve our productionEnsure all legal and regulatory documents are filed and maintained in departments works aligned and monitored with compliances laws and regulations.Work with the board of directors to determine values and mission, and plan for short and long-term goals in the area of productionAim to save cost, advise for investments in production: primer cost @ KPI Direct Labour, Direct selling and Manufacturing cost.Identify and address problems and opportunities in production for the company & prepare solutionsFulfil ISO and HS standardsBuild alliances and partnerships with other organizationsBe part of company managementSupport workers communication with the management team and witrh union if applicableThe Successful ApplicantEDUCATIONBachelor's degree MBA degree is advantageEXPERIENCE5 + years of industry production & work with B.collar workersPreferred low volumes high mix production and from heavy industryUnderstanding wood manufacturing is plusLANGUAGESFluent in English, both written and verbalPROFESSIONAL PRINCIPLESTo act in a professional and ethical manner always.
