Job Description

Key Responsibilities



  • Ensure the safety of all employees and enforce a strong safety culture throughout the plant.


  • Oversee plant operations to ensure full compliance with environmental, regulatory, and legal standards.


  • Manage and continuously improve production performance, efficiency, and output quality.


  • Lead and develop the production and maintenance teams through effective daily management, coaching, and performance monitoring.


  • Drive and implement plant-related investment projects, from concept to execution, in coordination with global and local stakeholders.


  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with company standards, production goals, and strategic plans.


  • Monitor KPIs and lead problem-solving initiatives to ensure operational excellence and continuous improvement.

The Successful Applicant



  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, Industrial, or related fields preferred).


  • Minimum 10 years of experience in a similar production or plant management role, ideally within the plastics, chemical, or automotive industries.


  • Proven track record in managing teams and leading daily operations in a dynamic manufacturing environment.


  • Strong business acumen with a 360-degree understanding of production, maintenance, safety, and investment planning.


  • Hands-on leadership style with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.


  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively across all levels of the organization.


  • Self-disciplined, organized, and capable of working independently while being a strong team player.
