R&D Manager

Lead new product development processes from concept to mass production (design, prototyping, validation, industrialization)

Manage and continuously improve existing products in terms of performance, cost, and manufacturability

Oversee R&D project portfolio, including planning, budgeting, and KPI tracking

Build, lead, and develop a high-performing R&D team

Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Production, Quality, and Procurement

Define product roadmaps and evaluate new product ideas aligned with business strategy

Ensure preparation and management of technical documentation, specifications, and standards

Drive customer-focused improvements based on feedback and complaints

Ensure compliance with regulations and standards

Establish testing procedures, validation processes, and risk analysis frameworks

Monitor global technology trends, suppliers, and innovations; participate in international fairs and industry events
