About Our Client
Our client is a multinational consultancy company. The company is growing very fast and is giving great importance of the development of its employees.
Reporting to the General Manager of the organization, the person will be responsible for the following:
- Meet and greet guests to the firm;
- Arranges teleconference and video conference sessions;
- Schedule meetings and conference calls;
- Recording office expenditure and managing the budget;
- Maintaining the condition of the office and arranging for necessary repairs;
- Provide support to other departments.
The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate should have minimum 2 years experience in a similiar role. S/he should be experienced in managing a reputable office. The successful candidate should have great communication and organizational skills. S/he should be able to speak English good and needs to have a bachelors degree. The perfect candidate should be very dynamic.
