Our client is one of the leading global companies in medical device industry.

İş Tanımı

* Lead the sales team (direct and indirect) with strong field presence, ensuring customer visits, opportunity development, and real-time market insights;

* Drive Account Management at the field: Account Development Plans, Funnel management, KAM planning, offer and contract management;

* Collaborate with Group Product Manager and Application Team to align joint activities when needed;

* Manage and develop indirect channels, ensuring their alignment with company's commercial strategy;

* Strengthen relationships with distributors, resellers, and institutional partners;

* Support Channel Management & Development activities directly in the field;

* Work closely with Channel, Customer Support, Service, Business Marketing, Regulatory, Finance teams to ensure seamless end-to-end customer experience;

* Liaise with regulatory, reimbursement, and MarCom teams for aligned market Actions;

* Achievement the revenue and profitability targets;

* Tender win rates and margin realization.

Aradığımız Profil

A successful Regional Sales Manager should have:

* Bachelor's degree in engineering, Business, Biomedical fields or equivalent;

* Master's degree is an advantage;

* Minimum 8-10 years in sales roles within Medical Device Industry;

* Proven track record in field sales, tender management, and channel oversight;

* Experience working with government tenders is a significant advantage;

* Strong commercial acumen and negotiation ability;

* People Management Capability;

* Ability to work cross-functionally in complex matrix organizations;

* Strong communication with both internal and external stakeholders;

* Fluent in English.
