Job Description
- Lead the front of house team in setting up the restaurant for service
- Train and develop a team to deliver a memorable guest experience
- Ensure the efficient flow of service and standards are constantly met
- Excellent communication skills and an inspiring leader who leads by example
- Extensive food and beverage knowledge
- Maintain calm and organised during busy periods
- Organise the team to reflect daily changing levels of business
The Successful Applicant
- High school diploma required
- Significant work experience in management and the hospitality industry
- Strong working knowledge of food and beverage service
- Ability to use restaurant management software
- Strong leadership skills
- Decisive and critical thinker
