İş Tanımı

  • Retail Manager will help to plan overall business Direct Retail, including assortment, promotional plans, inventory management, expansion and channel strategy;
  • Organizing all store operations and allocating responsibilities to personnel;
  • Supervising and guiding staff towards maximum performance;
  • Preparing and controlling the store's budget aiming for minimum expenditure and efficiency;
  • Keep abreast of market trends to determine the need for improvements in stores;
  • Analyze sales and revenue reports and make forecasts;
  • Ensure the store fulfills all legal health and safety guidelines.

Aradığımız Profil

  • University graduate with 5-10 years of experience in management.
  • Luxury retail experience.
  • Knowledge of accounting is appreciated. / Accounting skills are a plus.
  • Knowledge of logistics is appreciated. / Logistics skills are a plus.
  • Proficient in English.
  • Proficient in Excel.
