Issue and follow up order process to global suppliers (prepare and release orders, daily communication and follow up with suppliers)

Keeping master data of products to issue orders (FOB price, logistics information, order quantity etc. information and container management)

Creating internal product codes, controlling product, packaging, test reports in collaboration with marketing &logistics teams.

Preparing the necessary reports for Marketing and Management Teams.

Developing short & long-term demand forecasts, planning inventory flow to assist departments in development of business and sales plans

Collect sell in, sell out data, and manage master data with updates and improvements.

Understand past and future assumption; risks and opportunities and clean the sales data and build base forecast while keeping track of sales and marketing activity logs.

Understand and apply statistical models, depending on historical patterns and horizons using exception-based planning.

Identify obsolete stock risks, initiate, and follow through required actions, order planning & operations, communication with Hong Kong team, transfers among subs.
