Job Description

  • University degree (preferably in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or related fields)
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in B2B sales organizations, preferably in the software/technology sector
  • Experience managing both Hunter and Farmer teams
  • Proven success in large‑scale and complex sales cycles
  • Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to make data‑driven decisions
  • Proficiency in CRM and sales reporting tools
  • Fluent English (both written and spoken)



The Successful Applicant


  • Develop and implement the country‑level sales strategy
  • Manage the balance between new customer acquisition (hunter) and existing account growth (farmer)
  • Achieve revenue, profitability, and overall growth targets
  • Manage the targets, performance, and development of both Hunter and Farmer teams
  • Build and maintain a high‑performance sales culture
  • Provide coaching, mentoring, and guidance to sales teams
  • Oversee the entire sales pipeline end‑to‑end
  • Lead and close large‑scale and complex sales opportunities
  • Manage pricing, proposal, and contract processes
  • Build strong relationships with key customers and decision‑makers
  • Work closely with the General Manager and senior leadership
  • Coordinate with regional and global teams
  • Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales reports
  • Monitor KPIs, forecasts, and budget performance
  • Ensure accuracy and effective use of CRM data
  • Closely follow market, competitor, and industry trends
  • Identify new business opportunities and growth areas
