Our client is a manufacturer of electrical power and distribution transformers.
İş Tanımı
- To guide the costumers in line with their demands and needs, and to give timely feedbacks about the process
- Managing internal processes, utilizing relevant system software, and performing data entry.
- To ensure that technical support and after-sales services are provided to customers at an excellent level. Be aware of customers' products at service, follow up process and raise flag to manager if necessary.
- Attending online meetings, arranging presentations and reporting to managers and costumers when it is needed,
- Accompanying to the technical service in the responsible field operations if required
- To work in a coordinated manner with the internal related departments (quality, manufacturing & quality)
- Good level of knowledge on business and customer (stay in touch with all customers within the responsible region and having contact info in all departments)
Aradığımız Profil
- Bachelor's degree in fields of Electrical, Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Master's degree is a plus
- At least three years of experience in export sales (preferred)
- Excellent command of English, both written and spoken, second language is a plus
- Excellent PC skills in MS Office and sales relevant programs
- Team player and strong presentation and communication skills
- Analytic thinking and problem-solving abilities, follow-up the works & projects periodically and disciplined person
- Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
- To have completed the military service for male applicants
