About Our Client
Our client is high fashion luxury goods manufacturer for which we are looking for SALES SUPERVISORS (ASSISTANT BOUTIQUE MANAGERS)
Job Description
Assist the Store Manager in managing daily store operations, store manpower planning and management.
Interact with customer and build strong relationship.
Ensure a high standard of customer service within the store.
Organize well CRM and customer complain handling in the store.
Manage in store visual merchandising and inventory control.
Maintain a good staff relation in order to generate a high level of morale and enthusiasm.
Assist to administration work supporting.
Other duties assigned by Store manager.
The Successful Applicant
Tertiary educated with at least 8 years of relevant management experience in high-end fashion, luxury industry or in similar capacity.
Strong business sales sense with solid analytical skills.
Ability to lead and drive performance and customer service.
Good customer relationship management skills.
Excellent spoken and written English and Chinese, French or Japanese is a plus.
Must be a good team player, pleasant, service oriented and self-motivated.
Strong leadership, interpersonal and communication skills.
Hands on computer knowledge of MS office.
