  • Achieving monthly sales and profit budgets both individually and for the store.
  • Understand and practice the processes of selling solutions. These techniques and skills are to maximise all opportunities for up-selling and add-on selling with new and existing clients.
  • Enhanced levels of personal presentation with a confident ability to demonstrate showroom products.
  • Ensure the showroom is clean and tidy in line with company policies and procedures to meet the agreed company standards for open and closing times, appearance, housekeeping, and product display.
  • Ensure relationships with all internal customers are maintained and developed.
  • Ensure that the required level of Customer satisfaction is achieved through full use of the CRM System.
  • Delivering a high percentage of satisfied returning customers
  • Attend, organise, and contribute to all meetings and events as required. This includes external customer meetings and events, meetings and events with alliance partners, and in-home product demonstrations.
  • Support the Store Manager in ensuring that all paperwork and spreadsheets are completed in full and on time and that supporting items (products/marketing material) are out of stock.
  • Uphold all Company Policies and Procedures at all times, particularly those relating to Occupational Health and Safety, the Trade Practices Act, Discrimination and Harassment, and Privacy Laws.
  • Liaise with other departments within *Brand* to expand our database and customer leads.
  • To generate new clients, work with the interior design team at *Brand* and interior design companies outside of *Brand*

- Must be people who are interested in music and technological devices,

- Acts as a team player and takes initiative,

- Good level of English,

- Previous experience in the role in retail stores,

- Enhanced interpersonal skills,
